Questions, answered plainly

Tools, not tips — here's how the signals work.

What is a funding rate squeeze?
Funding is the fee perpetual-futures traders pay each other to keep the contract tethered to spot price. When it turns deeply negative, shorts are paying longs — a sign the market is crowded short and primed to squeeze. CryptoWatchTools flags those setups in amber before the move is obvious.
What's the difference between a volatility spike and a volume spike?
A volatility spike is an unusually large price move over a given timeframe; a volume spike is unusually heavy trading regardless of direction. Volume often leads price — the Movers scanner tracks both across ten timeframes, so you can see which is moving first.
Which exchanges and coins does CryptoWatchTools cover?
500+ coins across BloFin, Binance, ByBit, KuCoin, MEXC, and Kraken — perpetuals and spot. Every scanner runs against the same universe, so a signal on one screen lines up with the others.
What is RSI, and how do you use it here?
RSI (Relative Strength Index) gauges whether a coin is overbought (above 70) or oversold (below 30) on a given timeframe. Every Movers card shows it as a chip, so you can tell a fresh breakout from an exhausted one at a glance.
Is it really free?
Yes — every scanner, every exchange, no card. During beta the whole toolset is free. A Pro tier (Vesper Analyst) is coming later for deeper AI reads, but the scanners stay free.
Do I need an account to use the watchlist generator?
No. The TradingView watchlist generator works without signing up — pick an exchange, copy or download the symbol list, and import it straight into TradingView.
