CryptoWatchTools for Discord
The same funding, volatility, and market data that runs the site — piped into your server as slash commands, live channel updates, and automatic alerts. Free to add.
What it does
Every feature below runs on the same data pipeline as cryptowatchtools.com, collected across BloFin, Binance, ByBit, KuCoin, MEXC, and Kraken. Members use the read-only commands; an admin sets up the automatic pieces once.
Prices on demand
Pull the latest price for any coin straight from the CryptoWatchTools cache.
/priceFunding & squeeze detection
Rank the most negative BloFin funding rates — crowded shorts are squeeze fuel — plus a summary that auto-posts every 30 minutes.
/fundingVolatility & top movers
Scan the biggest movers from 5 minutes to 48 hours, with automatic alerts when a coin breaks its threshold.
/volatilityMarket-session clocks
Turn voice channels into live clocks for any of 597 timezones. Updates every 5 minutes.
/setup_timezoneSession countdowns
A live countdown to the next London / US / Asia open, plus a pinned schedule that keeps itself current.
/setup_market_channelsLive stats in channel names
Show a coin price or a market stat — dominance, Fear & Greed, total cap — right in a voice-channel name.
/market_displayTradingView signal delivery
Route your TradingView alert sources to the channels of your choice; the bot polls and posts new signals automatically.
/setup_alertsVesper AI, in Discord
Mention the bot with a question and Vesper — the same assistant as on the site — answers with live market context.
@bot …Engagement & roles
Track member activity and progress people through NewMember → Member → Active, with welcome and warning flows.
/mystats/adminModeration
Bulk-clear recent messages in a channel with a logged, reason-tagged purge.
/purgeAdd the bot to your server
You'll need the Manage Server permission on the server you're adding it to. Open the invite, pick the server, and keep the pre-checked permissions — the bot needs all of them to rename channels, manage engagement roles, and pin market schedules.

Two things to check in Discord
- Enable the Server Members, Message Content, and Presence privileged intents (Discord requires them for engagement tracking and mentions).
- Drag the bot's role near the top of your role list — it can only manage roles below its own.
First-time setup
The read-only commands (/price, /funding, /volatility) work the moment the bot joins. The automatic features are opt-in — turn on what you want:

How the automatic features work
Once configured, these run on their own on a fixed cadence — no commands needed.

| TradingView signals | Polled every 60 sec | New signals are pulled from CryptoWatchTools and delivered to the channel mapped to each source. |

Vesper AI in Discord
Vesper is the crypto assistant that powers the chat on the site — the Discord bot talks to the same engine. To ask it something, mention the bot and type your question:
@CryptoWatchTools What are funding rates?@CryptoWatchTools How is BTC looking today?@CryptoWatchTools What's a short squeeze?Vesper remembers the last few messages in a channel for about 30 minutes, so you can ask follow-ups. For price questions it pulls current OHLC data into the answer. There's a 3-second cooldown per person to keep it responsive for everyone.
